New Committee

After a very pleasant (and short!) Biannual General Meeting, Emerald Museum & Nobelius Heritage Park now have a new committee.
The members are:

Publications available at Emerald Museum


Over the coming weeks we hope to add a list of the wonderful publications we have for sale at Emerald Museum. Today's feature is Emerald in Focus.
This book is A4 in size and includes an Introduction and Time Line of Emerald's History. 96 pages are packed with over 200 B&W photographs, maps, advertisements and memorabilia. Arranged thematically, the volume contains substantial interpretative text that allows the reader to gain an insight into the colourful history of this Dandenong Ranges township. Themes include:

What Am I?




Can anyone identify this object?
It is made of cast iron and bears the patent no. 9408. It was manufactured by E. Cunningham of Worcestershire, Massachusetts, USA.
Unfortunately the provenance is unknown.
Stay tuned for measurements but from memory it is about 15 to 18 cms long.
